About Taylor

Taylor began her yogic journey as a path toward self-healing and mindful exploration of movement. What started as a personal practice in her early twenties soon evolved into a lifelong passion for helping others reconnect with their bodies, breath, and sense of balance.

She completed both her 200-hour and 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Trainings at Abhaya Yoga in Brooklyn, NY, under the mentorship of Tara Glazier, where she developed a deep appreciation for alignment, intelligent sequencing, and the therapeutic power of yoga.

Since 2015, Taylor has been teaching full-time, working closely with students in private, highly personalized sessions designed to support each individual’s physical and emotional well-being. Her one-on-one approach blends mindful movement, functional alignment, and a trauma-informed perspective to create a safe and empowering space for growth.

Taylor’s students range in age from 18 to 98, reflecting her belief that yoga is truly for every body. From gentle chair yoga for older adults to alignment-based Vinyasa for seasoned practitioners, her teaching style adapts to meet each student exactly where they are.

In addition to her teaching practice, Taylor is the co-founder of Zendara, a sustainable yoga mat brand rooted in eco-conscious design, and the founder of Sukha Soul Yoga Retreats, a boutique retreat company offering soulful yoga experiences around the world.

Through every class, session, and retreat, Taylor’s work is guided by a simple intention: to help others move with awareness, live with compassion, and feel at home in their own bodies.
